|Depositing Rubbish ALGAR is licenced to accept solid urban waste (SUW) and similar wastes as defined in chapter 20 of the European Waste Catalogue. Other waste may be accepted as long as it complies with the requirements set out in Decree-Law no. 183/2009, dated 10 Aug, and Council Decision no. 2003/33/CE, dated 19 December. Please Note: Whenever you transport waste you must carry a completed Waste Transportation Form – Model A (Guia de Acompanhamento de Resíduos – Modelo A), in accordance with Dispatch no. 335/97, dated 16 May.
